Alice in Wonderland Immersive Experience Opens in London

An "Alice in Wonderland" immersive experience opens in London on Nov. 13, transforming 26,000 sq. ft. of Dock X in Canada Water into ten multi-sensory environments drawn from Lewis Carroll's book.

The experience runs approximately 90 minutes. Visitors move through recognizable locations from the novel, including the Caterpillar's den, the Queen's court and the Rabbit's house. Live actors and projection mapping carry the storytelling as the plot unfolds around the audience.

Characters from the book appear throughout the journey. The producers name the White Rabbit, the Cheshire Cat, the Caterpillar, the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Hearts and Alice herself among the figures visitors will encounter face-to-face.

The attraction also includes a tea party room serving sweet treats inspired by the book. The menu features cakes designed to represent a white rabbit, a red rose and a mushroom.

Tickets are priced at £26 ($34) for adults and from £19 ($25) for children aged 4 and over. Family tickets are available. The producers describe the experience as suitable for visitors of all ages.

The London opening signals continued demand for large-scale literary immersive attractions, as producers bet that Carroll's characters can anchor a ticketed experience in the competitive UK entertainment market.
