Slipknot Announce (Sic)est Stadium Tour for Summer 2027

Slipknot will launch the (Sic)est Stadium Tour, a 13-date North American run, on July 16 at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. The tour closes on Aug. 18 at Chase Field in Phoenix. Bring Me the Horizon open every date.

The title nods to "(sic)," the first full song on the band's 1999 self-titled breakthrough album.

The itinerary packs in major venues: Citi Field in New York City (July 21's Parc Jean-Drapeau stop in Montreal follows the July 18 Queens date), Rogers Stadium in Toronto, Soldier Field in Chicago, Fenway Park in Boston, and SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles. The full routing runs through Hershey, Pennsylvania; Nashville; Houston; Commerce City, Colorado; and San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.

Support rotates by city. Acid Bath joins in Washington, Kublai Khan TX and Vended in Montreal, Lamb of God in Toronto and Chicago, Lorna Shore in Hershey and Boston, Polyphia in Houston and Commerce City, and Loathe in Los Angeles-area and San Francisco stops, with Motionless in White appearing on the final three dates.

Tickets go on sale Friday. Presales begin at 10 a.m. local time on Tuesday. Full details are on the band's website.

The announcement follows the release earlier this month of "Arsenal," the band's first recording since two departures: keyboardist-sampler Craig Jones left in 2023, and turntablist Sid Wilson parted ways with the group in August. On the track, frontman Corey Taylor screams, "I got a lot to fuckin' say/And if you didn't listen, you didn't hear me anyway." The song builds to the chant "Let's go, let's go, let's go" — a natural clarion call for a stadium tour.

Slipknot have not announced a new album. Their most recent full-length, The End, So Far, came out in 2022, and the band disclosed no release plans alongside "Arsenal." But percussionist Shawn "Clown" Crahan told Rolling Stone earlier this year that he was in the middle of a writing session with Slipknot, signaling that more music may be on the way.

With a full summer of stadium dates now on the books, any new material could land before the tour reaches Fenway Park on July 31.
