National Gallery of Canada Marks Day of the Dead as Ottawa Turns 200

The National Art Gallery in Ottawa hosted a free Day of the Dead event on Oct. 29 with the Embassy of Mexico, as the city marked its 200th birthday with dance and mariachi.
