Edinburgh TV Festival Moves to Manchester, Sets Aug. 31 Opening

The TV Festival leaves Edinburgh after fifty years, opening its first Manchester edition Aug. 31–Sept. 3 at Versa Studios and Aviva Studios, with Sony's Wayne Garvie as advisory chair.
