SOM to Crown Geelong's 1855 Pier with 34-Storey Tower

SOM will turn Geelong's 1855 Cunningham Pier into a 10,000-square-metre waterfront development with a 34-storey tower, 280 apartments, a 200-room hotel and 12 yacht-berth villas.
