LCD Soundsystem Announces 12-Show 2026 NYC Residency, Marking 100th Residency Gig

LCD Soundsystem will play 12 shows across three weekends in New York City to close out 2026, and the run will include the 100th show of the band's annual year-ending residencies.

The residency opens November 19–22, 2026, with four nights at Knockdown Center in Queens. The group then returns to Brooklyn Steel for four shows from November 30 through December 3, before wrapping up with another four nights at Knockdown Center, December 10–13.

The November 30 date at Brooklyn Steel carries the milestone: it will be the 100th show of LCD Soundsystem's NYC residencies, a tradition now approaching its tenth year. The band will donate 100% of ticket-sale proceeds from that show to a charity, which has yet to be announced.

The 2026 residency will feature a rotating lineup of live openers, afterparties with DJ sets from special guests, and more, according to the announcement.

Tickets for all 12 shows go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 9, at 10:00 a.m. ET. American Express Card Members get earlier access through Amex Presale Tickets, running from Tuesday, October 6, at 10:00 a.m. ET to Thursday, October 8, at 10:00 p.m. ET, while supplies last. Fan Presales run Wednesday, October 7, at 10:00 a.m. ET through Thursday, October 8, at 10:00 p.m. ET, with registration now open.

LCD Soundsystem has not released a new album since 2017's "American Dream" or a new song since 2022. Guitarist Al Doyle, however, has just released a new track, "Hard Times in America," from his forthcoming solo debut, "Hollywood Saviour."
