Reacher Tops September Streaming With 4.6 Billion Minutes
Reacher drew 4.6 billion viewing minutes in September, leading a Nielsen top 10 in which Paramount TV Studios placed three of the four biggest original streaming series.

Programme
- Reacher was September's No. 1 original streaming series with 4.6 billion minutes viewed, per Nielsen (Sept. 1-30, 2026).
- Paramount TV Studios held three of the month's top four slots: Reacher, Neagley and Lioness.
- Neagley and Lioness each drew 3.3 billion minutes; Ted Lasso Season 4 took second with 3.6 billion.
- Marshals opened Season 2 on Oct. 4 as the week's No. 1 entertainment series across broadcast and streaming.
Alan Ritchson's "Reacher" ended September as the No. 1 original streaming series in America, with 4.6 billion minutes viewed. The figure comes from Nielsen's streaming content ratings for viewers aged 2 and over, covering Sept. 1 to 30, 2026.
The Prime Video thriller also gave its studio, Paramount TV Studios, a commanding month. The company placed three of the four most-streamed original series in September: "Reacher" at No. 1, its spinoff "Neagley" at No. 3, and "Lioness" in a tie for third.
"Reacher" reached the top spot on the strength of its audience across Prime Video. The series is produced by Paramount TV Studios and Amazon MGM Studios, with Nick Santora as showrunner.
What filled out the top five?
Season 4 of "Ted Lasso" took second place. The Apple TV comedy, from Warner Bros. TV, drew 3.6 billion minutes of viewing during the month.
"Neagley" followed at No. 3. The Prime Video series premiered its entire first season on Sept. 16 and earned 3.3 billion minutes of viewership in its debut window. Maria Sten stars, with Nick Santora serving as co-showrunner alongside Nicholas Wootton.
"Lioness" tied "Neagley" with the same 3.3 billion minutes. The Paramount+ drama stars Zoe Saldaña and comes from Paramount TV Studios and 101 Studios, with Taylor Sheridan among its executive producers.
Netflix's "Monster: Lizzie Borden" rounded out the top five. It premiered Sept. 17 and captured 3.1 billion minutes of viewing.
What does this change for Paramount TV Studios?
The September numbers confirm the studio's strength as a supplier of hits across rival platforms. Its biggest series air not only on Paramount+ but also on Prime Video, a competitor's service — and still deliver the month's dominant share of original-series viewing.
The momentum carried into autumn. Paramount TV Studios' CBS series "Marshals" opened its second season on Oct. 4 as the week's No. 1 entertainment series across both broadcast and streaming, according to live+7 multiplatform data.
For a studio without its own exclusive platform strategy for these titles, the Nielsen ranker shows that licensing tentpole dramas can outperform most originals anywhere they land, and the October numbers for "Marshals" suggest the run is not over.
