Hulu Lands 'The Golden Life': E!'s 'RHONY' Reunion Series Streams in November
E!'s 'The Golden Life,' reuniting five 'RHONY' alumni in Palm Beach, hits Hulu on Nov. 3 under a new licensing deal with Versant, NBCUniversal's cable spinoff.

Programme
- "The Golden Life" premieres on Hulu on Nov. 3 with its first two episodes.
- The series debuted on E! on Oct. 20 with no streaming destination.
- Remaining episodes stream on Hulu seven days after each E! premiere.
- The deal is between Hulu and Versant, the NBCUniversal cable spinoff.
- The series stars five 'RHONY' alumni including Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer.
E!'s "The Golden Life" will begin streaming on Hulu on November 3, filling a gap that left cord-cutting reality fans without access to the series since its October 20 premiere.
The first two episodes arrive on Hulu on that date, with each remaining episode landing on the streamer seven days after its E! premiere. The deal is a licensing agreement between Hulu and Versant, the spinoff company that now controls several cable networks formerly held under NBCUniversal.
The arrangement matters because "The Golden Life" launched on October 20 without any streaming destination at all — an unusual omission for a series built around five of the most recognizable names in the "Real Housewives" franchise.
Who is in it, and where?
The series follows "The Real Housewives of New York City" alumni Kelly Bensimon, Countess Luann de Lesseps, Dorinda Medley, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer as they reunite in Palm Beach, Florida.
The show's logline promises a specific slate of set pieces:
- yacht parties "accompanied by past flings on the not-so-sunny coast of Florida"
- championing the Gay Polo League
- an old-school girls weekend in Miami
- glamorous shop-and-sip events in luxury boutiques
"The ladies bring their iconic personalities to the exclusive Palm Beach scene," the logline adds.
What does the deal change for viewers?
Until now, watching "The Golden Life" required a cable subscription carrying E!. From November 3, Hulu subscribers get the series — but only on a rolling basis, with a week-long wait after each episode's cable debut. It is a compromise, not a simulcast.
The deal also signals how Versant intends to operate. Val Boreland, president of entertainment at Versant, said the company saw the series' potential early.
"We knew we were onto something special with 'The Golden Life,' and the enthusiasm around the series has been palpable. We're excited to bring this new chapter to an even wider audience," Boreland said in a statement.
She framed the agreement as strategic, not incidental: "This agreement with Hulu extends the reach of a distinctive E! series and reflects Versant's strategy of creating more ways for fans to connect with the programming they love."
That is a promise of things to come from a company that only recently took control of the former NBCUniversal cable assets. Whether it translates into more licensing deals, or better day-and-date availability, remains unstated. The announcement names no further titles.
Who makes it?
Blink49 Studios produces "The Golden Life." Eight executive producers are attached: Tara Long, Nadine Rajabi, Mark Ford, Ben Megargel, Paul Yuan, Janelle Couture, Rudy Castellon and Daniel Rogge.
For a spinoff entity still proving its distribution model, the Hulu agreement is a first visible test: a cable-native series pushed onto a major streamer within weeks of launch. The seven-day window will show whether fans wait — or whether Versant shortens the gap next time.
