Rockstar Games has revealed that Justice composed the original score for Grand Theft Auto VI. The French electronic duo also shared their soundtrack contribution today. The track is titled "Flower in a Hurricane."

The piece features Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. Snippets appear in the new GTA VI launch trailer. Takeaway: Rockstar has placed a Grammy-winning electronic act at the center of its most anticipated release.

Who wrote the previous GTA score?

The last Grand Theft Auto score dates to 2013. That effort was collaborative: the Alchemist, Tangerine Dream, Woody Jackson, and Oh No composed it, with DJ Shadow handling mixing and syncing. Justice take up the mantle twelve years later — the longest gap between numbered GTA entries to date.

Justice arrive at the assignment fresh off Hyperdrama, their 2024 LP. That album's "Neverender," another Tame Impala team-up, won the Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Recording in 2025. In plain terms: Rockstar hired a duo holding the genre's top recording prize from this year's ceremony.

What else does the soundtrack include?

The full GTA VI soundtrack runs 34 tracks. Rockstar is releasing it in stages ahead of the game's official launch on November 19. Nine songs have dropped so far, including contributions from:

  • Yung Lean
  • Travis Scott
  • Cardi B

That leaves 25 tracks still unreleased with weeks to go before launch.

Which radio stations can players tune into?

Last week, Rockstar unveiled the in-game radio DJs for GTA VI. The lineup includes:

  • Bad Bunny's Cocoteo FM
  • Robyn's Flash FM
  • Lana Del Rey's Back Country Radio

The announcements position music as a headline feature of the release, not a backdrop. With the score, the soundtrack rollout, and the radio roster all landing before November 19, Justice's Grammy credentials now anchor the biggest entertainment launch of the season.
