Kimberly Wyatt has named Eminem's "Lose Yourself" as her anthem for getting the kids out of the house.
The Pussycat Dolls singer and dancer revealed her honest playlist in an interview with the Guardian, reflecting on the songs that have shaped her life — from her first car to the roller skating rink.
The first song Wyatt fell in love with arrived with her driver's licence. "When I learned to drive and got my first car, I felt this real freedom," she said. Her choice: "Ghetto Supastar (That Is What You Are)" by Pras, featuring Ol' Dirty Bastard and Mýa. "I'd put the windows down, blare out" the track "and sing at the top of my lungs."
Her first single purchase had earlier roots, in a weekly ritual. "Every Friday night we'd go to the roller skating rink, and I couldn't wait for them to play Kokomo by the Beach Boys, from the Cocktail soundtrack," Wyatt said. She bought the cassette at Best Buy in Warrensburg, Missouri.
Wyatt also named the song that makes her cry every time and answered the full honest playlist questionnaire, including which track she is "completely over": Gangnam Style.
